I am underage, can I come to the convention alone?
If you are under 16, you will need to come with a responsible adult accompanying person to the event OR complete a parental authorization + an accompanying authorization. The accompanying person must have a pass. It doesn’t have to be someone from your family, it could very well be an adult who is already attending the event.
If you are over 16 years old, your parents must sign the parental authorization to give us when you receive the passes, along with a copy of your two identity documents.
Entry is free for kids under 7.
I can no longer go to the convention, can I get a refund?
No, as stipulated in the GTC, no refund will be made in the event that you cannot come to. And this stands whether for professional emergencies, family reasons, transport problems, strikes…
Is it possible to resell my pass?
Resales are completely prohibited without the consent of Stars Con. The company reserves the right to grant or not the resale, under specific conditions.

My favorite actor canceled his or her coming to the event, can I get a refund?
No. The presence of the guests is contractual. If any event beyond our control would force them to cancel their presence, a cancellation will not be a reason for refunding the pass.
We will do our best to replace it with a new guest. Any extras purchased will be replaced by those with the actor of your choice, and the choices included in the passes will be replaced by the new guest unless specified otherwise. If that replacement doesn’t suit you, you will get a refund for the actor you purchased tickets with.
I want to be placed next to my friend, what should I do?
The placement during a Q&A is on a first arrived, first served. If the ticket purchased is VIP, you’ll be placed in the first rows and you’ll be able to ask to be seated next to your friend(s) only if they also have a VIP ticket for the actor doing the Q&A.
How do I get my pass ?
Pass delivery begins on the Saturday morning the day of the event, and continues on Sunday morning.
You must bring your printed electronic tickets and an identity document.
A bracelet is issued to holders of the latter one, no one can collect someone else’s pass.
If you are a minor under 16, parental authorization will be requested in order to be able to collect the pass.
The pass collection stand remains open throughout the event, in case you arrive later.
Can I buy extras without a pass?
It is IMPERATIVE to have a pass before purchasing any extra like a photoshoot or autograph for example. In the event that you only have extras but no pass, access to the event will be refused and you will not receive any refund.
How many can be in a picture? Can I share a picture with a friend?
For a SOLO PHOTOSHOOT:
1 ticket = 1 person
If you want to share a picture with other people, you will need a ticket for each person present on the picture. Ex: 2 people = 2 tickets, 3 people = 3 tickets…
For DUO / TRIO / GROUP PHOTOSHOOTS
1 ticket = 2 people maximum
Photos will be printed according to the number of tickets.
PLEASE NOTE : the ticketing Platinum List has its own FAQs, please check them as well before purchasing any ticket.
What is an extra guest?
An extra guest is a guest not included in the pass (except VIP).
Some passes include included extras (photoshoot, autograph…), and guest extras are not included.
All passes can purchase extras with an additional extra-guest.

A convention is a special event, happening over a weekend, where fans can meet and share a unique moment with their favorite actors, through different activities such as photoshoots, autograph sessions, meet & greets, Q&A panels and more.
We will always go the extra mile to create and offer the best and most magical events and form a strong community.
Stars Con
Today, we want to make these events accessible to the Middle East.
That's why we developed the Stars Con, a large-scale convention, bringing actors and fans of Pop Culture together.
Our first event will be held at the Dubai World Trade Center (DWTC) on November 26-27, 2022.
In order to provide you a unique experience and unforgettable memories, we will always offer intimate experiences such as Meet & Greet.
You will also be able to have your photos taken with your favorite actors during the photoshoot sessions and go back home with signed autographs.
Many other unique activities are planned and a lot of surprises will await you on site…
